Muddasir Mirza

Hello Greater Seattle Community -

My, name is Coach Mudd. I played - 3 years of Varsity Boys Basketball at San Dimas High School - which is 30 minutes south of Los Angeles, Ca under legendary Coach Gary Prestesater as it was a powerhouse basketball program in Southern California. My, junior year we went (27-2) and till this day it is a school record at our high school - and we went to CIF Southern Section Semi Finals/State Playoffs all through out the years. My senior year, was the starting point guard and lead the team in steals/assists while being the top contributor in scoring.

Continued, my basketball journey at JUCO - playing at Citrus Community College in Glendora, CA - 30 minutes south of Los Angeles Ca. Finished, my basketball journey - playing Division 3 Men' s Basketaball at University of La Verne, California.

After, my basketball journey - attended California State University were I completed my Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Marketing. Furthermore, while, full time work and family pursued/and finished my Master's Business Administration (MBA) at University of Maryland Global Campus.

Moved, to Greater Seattle in 2010' for work/promotion and have been married for 20 years with three children - as my eldest daughter, plays for Pierce Community College Women's Basketball, and our twins (boy/girl) are 13 years and are into soccer/track and field and orchestra/band.

Have been coaching aau youth basketball, since 2014' with Companion Athletics and MAYF-Brotherhood Athletics and joined ECBA coaching 6th/7th grade boys back in 2022'.

Also, I am a High School Varsity Boys/Girls Basketball State Official for WAIA and going on my 7th season as a state official.

Lastly, serve on YMCA of Greater Seattle Board of Directors and enjoy serving our community and youth through basketball.
